UAB “Baltpack” is a modern, rapidly developing company, whose main areas of activity are the production of blisters and packaging of non-food products, the production and packaging of plastic toothpicks and other hygiene and personal care products.

The company strives to ensure that its products and services meet the needs and expectations of customers. The company constantly takes care to reduce environmental impact, and the quality and environmental protection management system ensures harmonious company operations.

By creating and developing a competitive business, taking care of the quality of products and services, understanding and assessing the impacts on the environment and striving to maintain a clean and healthy environment, the management of UAB “Baltpack” undertakes to:

• To create a company based on modern management principles, constantly learning and improving, focused on achieving set goals, fighting challenges and quickly responding to changes, and to strive for all operational processes to be effectively managed;
• apply environmental criteria when producing new products, encourage its customers to choose environmentally friendly solutions and optimize energy consumption;
• educate and train employees, develop their and other persons working on behalf of the company's responsibility for the quality of their work and environmental protection, ensure safe working conditions, take care of their health and well-being, and provide comprehensive assistance in the event of incidents;
• comply with the legal acts applicable to the company and other requirements that the company undertakes; reduce waste generation, conserve natural resources;
• develop long-term relationships with customers, responsibly assess suppliers and subcontractors, taking into account environmental aspects, and maintain close, mutually beneficial relationships with them; strive for the policy to meet the company's intentions and the nature, scale and impact of the company's activities, products and services on the environment;
• strive for continuous improvement and pollution prevention by developing environmental performance assessment procedures and related indicators.

The top management has developed, implemented and properly maintains a management system that meets the requirements of the LST EN ISO 9001:2015 and LST EN ISO 14001:2015 standards, is constantly improving its effectiveness and increasing the company's environmental protection efficiency. The policy is a public document, the top management periodically explains the policy to employees, therefore the policy is known and understood in the organization.

The company periodically reviews the implemented policy, is guided by its provisions and sets specific quality and environmental protection goals and objectives of the company.
